Pre-reservation with Deposit

 

For offers with limited availability, we offer the option of pre-reservation against a deposit towards the full purchase price. Through the deposit, users can reserve the offer that will only be available in the future. The specific details such as the amount of the deposit and the availability period are determined by the respective offer or purchase process. It is important to note that this is a deposit; the final purchase can only be made later within the timeframe specified by us. In the event of the actual purchase, the deposit will be credited towards the total purchase amount. If the purchase is not made within the specified timeframe, the reservation expires, and the deposit will be refunded or offset against cancellation fees if applicable. The reservation and deposit constitute a binding legal transaction, and therefore, the regulations regarding withdrawal apply accordingly.

Please note: Reservations or deposits cannot be transferred to third parties or to offers other than the one reserved.

These conditions apply to both live events on-site and online workshops and retreats. For the online variant, the entire price must be paid in advance, while for live retreats, a deposit is required to secure a spot. Payment can be made via Stripe or other applicable payment providers.

Terms and Conditions for Online Participation in Yoga:

​

1. Responsibility for Own Health: The participation in our Online Yoga Retreats is the sole responsibility of each participant. It is incumbent upon every participant to ensure that they are physically and mentally capable of engaging in the yoga exercises and activities offered. The Retreat and the Yoga instructor do not accept liability for any injuries or damages that may arise from participation in the yoga exercises.

2. Stable Internet Connection: Every participant is responsible for having a sufficiently stable internet connection to participate in the Online Yoga Retreats. We recommend a high-speed internet connection to ensure an optimal participation experience.

3. Installation of Zoom: To participate in our Online Yoga Retreats, the Zoom software must be installed on the participant's device in advance. It is the responsibility of each participant to install Zoom properly before the start of the retreat and ensure that it functions correctly.

4. Technical Setup: Each participant is responsible for setting up and implementing the necessary technical devices and equipment to participate in the Online Yoga Retreats. This includes, but is not limited to, computers, tablets, or smartphones, as well as cameras, microphones, and speakers.

5. Changes and Cancellations: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, content, or conduct of the Online Yoga Retreats. In the event of cancellations by the participant, the respective cancellation conditions communicated at the time of booking shall apply.

6. Data Protection: By participating in our Online Yoga Retreats, each participant agrees to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Rights to Content: All content provided as part of the Online Yoga Retreats, including texts, images, videos, and audio recordings, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior permission.
